Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

For returns due to change of mind, customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
